The spraying robot is suitable for coating the inner and outer surfaces of tanks using airless sprayers, and the thickness of the paint film can be adjusted according to process requirements.
1.The robot can be equipped with 1 to 2 automatic spray guns simultaneously to operate in the horizontal or vertical direction.
2. Through the one-click lane-changing program built into the robot, it is suitable for airless spraying operations on the surfaces of ships and large storage tanks.
3. The track-changing distance of the robot can be set to ensure the overlap width between each coat of paint, which can significantly reduce the operational difficulty and improve the efficiency of the spraying operation.
4. It is equipped with an intelligent automatic control system and can be optionally fitted with one-click automatic lane changing and regional automatic navigation operation functions.
